Franklin Park, Illinois

Hard chrome that holds.

Industrial hard chrome on production and restoration work since 1957.

Chrome plated industrial pins

Direct to the base metal

The shop plates new parts for wear life and restores worn or mismatched components. Composite coatings are available when a chrome alternative is specified.

Direct-to-base-metal hard chrome, without decorative copper/nickel undercoats, is the core of the process. The deposit is meant to stay bonded in recesses and irregular geometry.

Finishes

Three industrial chrome families. Thickness and density follow the print.

Where the work runs

Same plant, different prints. Wear, corrosion, heat, and dimensional restore.

Chrome Reserve

Plate ahead, hold stock, and pull finished parts when the line would otherwise wait on a tank cycle.
