What the shop does

Parts are plated for the print: hard chrome, flash chrome, or thin dense chrome when specified. The plant works new components and restores worn or mismatched geometry when that is the practical path.

Composite coatings are available when a chrome alternative is called out. Finish families are described on the finishes page.

Tank envelope

Maximum part size is not published here yet. Call (847) 455-8200 with the print so the shop can confirm fit.

Metals

Substrate suitability depends on the part and the deposit. Do not assume a metal list from this page — ask with material callouts on the drawing.

Lead time

Lead time varies with load, finish, and lot size. It is not a fixed catalog number. Call or use the quote desk for a current estimate.

Hours

Public plant hours are not listed here. Call (847) 455-8200 for receiving and office availability.
